Weeks 1–4: Stabilise

Weeks 2-8: Optimise

Once your foundation is in place, we go deeper.

We refine food quality and consistency, strengthen movement habits, and work through the behavioural patterns that have held you back before. Everything is adjusted based on how your body is actually responding - not on arbitrary expectations.
