Session 1 - Initial Call (60-mins)

A comprehensive review of where you are right now. Your medication, your nutrition, your symptoms, your goals, your lifestyle. We identify what's getting in the way and build a clear personalised plan together.

Session 2 - Adjust (45 mins)

We meet again after 2-3 weeks (flexible). Time to see what's working and what isn't. We refine the plan based on real life, troubleshoot what's come up, and build on early momentum.

Session 3: Sustain (45 mins)

The work that makes this last. We focus on the habits, the mindset, and the practical strategies that carry you forward - long after our sessions end.

  • The Clarity Session is one focused hour. This bundle gives you three sessions across six-eight weeks - enough time to actually adjust, refine, and build momentum, not just plan.

  • Thrive & Sustain is twelve weeks of intensive 1:1 support with messaging access between sessions and a dedicated app. This bundle is shorter, lighter touch, and a great starting point if you want to see how we work together first.

  • Once you book the bundle, you'll get everything you need to get started, including an intake form to fill in beforehand so I have a feel for where you're at before our first session.

    We begin with an Initial longer session (60 minutes) to build a clear personalised plan together. The follow-up sessions are then spaced flexibly every 2-3 weeks - at a pace that fits your real life, not a rigid schedule. Sessions are all on Zoom, and you book each one at a time that suits you.

  • You can either step into the Thrive & Sustain programme at any point, or book additional sessions individually. Many people use this bundle as a foundation and continue with deeper support later.

  • Not in a strict or rigid way. You can get GLP‑1-specific nutrition guidance, protein goals, digestion tips, and recipe ideas - but no calorie counting or meal plans that don’t fit your life.

  • The food piece matters, but for most people on a GLP-1, the bigger shifts happen in the headspace around eating: rebuilding a balanced relationship with food after years of dieting, navigating social situations and eating out, working through cravings and emotional eating patterns, and figuring out what eating "normally" even looks like when your appetite has changed so much.

    We work on both - the practical nutrition and the mindset side - because in real life, they're not separate things.

  • Yes! Many people experience nausea, fatigue, constipation or digestion issues. I can support you with tools and strategies to help reduce and manage these - so you can stay on your medication and feel better.

  • All sessions are held via Zoom video call, making them accessible wherever you are :)

  • f you're with Irish Life Health, you may be able to claim a contribution towards a session on selected plans, since I'm a registered member of the Nutritional Therapists of Ireland (NTOI). It’s worth checking your specific plan to confirm what's included.

    VHI and Laya don't typically cover nutritional therapy at the moment, though policies do change, so it's always worth a quick check with your insurer. Receipts are provided for every session, whether you're claiming on insurance or holding on to them for medical expenses tax relief.

I'm Nikki Coughlan, a registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach specialising in GLP-1 supported weight management, behaviour change, and obesity care.

I've worked with over 600 clients across clinical and private settings - including alongside multidisciplinary medical teams - and I've spent more than 8,000 hours supporting people through exactly what you're navigating right now.

What I've learned in that time is that the medication works best when it's supported by personalised care, genuine understanding, and a space where you can be completely honest about how you're really doing.
